Experienced Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Cold Calling
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant with strong experience in **cold calling** and **lead generation**. If you have a proven track record in setting appointments, handling objections, and driving results over the phone, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
### **What You’ll Be Doing:**
- Making outbound cold calls to potential clients
- Following scripts while being able to think on your feet
- Qualifying leads and setting appointments
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and appointments
- Handling objections and building rapport with prospects
- Working closely with our team to optimize scripts and strategies
### **Requirements:**
- **Fluent in English with minimal accent**
- **Previous cold calling experience is a MUST**
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
### **Compensation Structure:**
**Trial Period (First 30 Days)**
- **$5 per hour for 40 hours per week**
- This period will help us evaluate performance, consistency, and lead quality
**After 30 Days – Performance-Based Pay & Bonuses**
- **$5 per hour base pay continues**
- **Appointment Setting Bonuses:**
- 5 booked & attended appointments per month → $50 bonus
- 10 booked & attended appointments per month → $150 bonus
- 20 booked & attended appointments per month → $275 bonus
- 20+ booked & attended appointments per month → $325 bonus
- **Closing Bonus:** If a lead you booked results in a closed deal, you’ll receive a **$250 bonus per closing**.
### **Growth & Future Opportunities:**
We are expanding rapidly and looking for team members who want to grow with us. There will be opportunities to increase earnings, take on leadership roles, and **get promoted to Lead Manager** as we scale.
