We're looking for an experienced and skilled Telecaller to join our team for a remote, work-from-home position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telecalling and a strong ability to acquire new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to sell our products.
Acquire new clients on a consistent basis.
Maintain accurate records of all telecalling activities.
Provide excellent customer service and product information.
Work within a day shift schedule, aligned with Indian Standard Time (IST).
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: This is a client-based compensation model. You will be paid a flat rate of ₹2,000 for each new client you successfully acquire.
Incentives: There is no limit to your earning potential. The more clients you acquire, the more you earn.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 months of experience in a telecalling or sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently from a remote location.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
