Role: Tax Lien Certificate Acquisition Specialist - we actually buy back the clients tax lien they purchased at auction

Objective: Call tax lien certificate holders from a list we provide and close the purchase of their lien certificate(s) by our company.

Compensation:

Hourly base + commission per closed lien purchase (and/or % of profit), with a paid trial period and clear KPI thresholds.

Core Responsibilities:

Run full sales conversations end-to-end: opening → discovery → offer → objection handling → close.
Explain our purchase process clearly (what we buy, how transfer works, timing, next steps) and secure agreement to sell.
Collect and verify required lien details (county, certificate #, amount, rate, redemption status if known, seller name/entity, contact info).
Capture complete, accurate notes and outcomes in Excel/Google Sheets; maintain clean records for underwriting/processing.
Follow up aggressively but professionally until “Closed–Won / Closed–Lost,” with clear reasons logged.
Coordinate handoff to our processing team (or submit the required info packet) immediately after verbal close.
Flexible schedule, but must be able to work and call during normal American business hours.

Required Skills:

Excellent spoken English (clear, confident, persuasive; strong phone presence).
Proven experience closing on outbound calls (not just lead gen).
Strong objection-handling and negotiation discipline (price, trust, “call me later,” “I need to think,” etc.).
High accuracy with spreadsheets and process compliance (no missing fields).

Nice-to-Haves:

GoHighLevel (GHL) or CRM experience.
Familiarity with real estate investing / tax liens / financial products.
Experience selling to U.S. consumers/businesses.

Performance & Accountability:

Must use call system with call recordings + dial logs.
Daily KPI targets (dials, connects, closes, and clean data completion).
Weekly QA review (random call audits + sheet accuracy checks).
