2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes.
Financial Management
1. Manage insurance budgets and negotiate premium rates.
2. Analyze and optimize insurance costs.
Claims Management
1. Investigate, report and manage insurance claims.
2. Ensure timely resolution and minimize financial impact.
Risk Management
1. Identify, assess and mitigate organizational risks.
2. Develop and implement risk management plans.

1. Provide insurance guidance and support to employees.
2. Collaborate with departments on insurance-related matters.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ARM, CIC, CPCU).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance management.
- Strong knowledge of insurance laws, regulations and industry practices.
- Analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or advanced certification.
- Experience in a related industry (e.g., finance, healthcare).
- Strong leadership and management skills.
