We’re looking for elite commission-based appointment setters to manage and convert warm Instagram DMs into booked calls for our high-converting coaching offer.
This is for serious setters only — not beginners, not passive drifters. If you’ve booked calls before, handled DMs, and know how to push volume while keeping quality high — keep reading.
Compensation:
$200 per sale closed from the calls you book
Warm inbound leads from automated DMs, ads, story traffic, and viral content
Top performers earn $3K–$6K+/month consistently
Path to Closer Role with 10% commission on all closed deals (average deal: $2,000–$5,000+)
What You’ll Do
Manage conversations across multiple Instagram accounts using automation tools
Start and nurture DMs from automated flows and inbound traffic
Follow up daily with all unresponsive, ghosted, or hesitant leads until they book or close
Qualify prospects and book high-quality calls using proven scripts
Keep everything organized and up to date in our CRM system
Who We’re Looking For:
You MUST be:
Hungry to earn more and driven by performance
Experienced — you’ve set appointments or closed deals before
Must be able to handle nurturing 50+ conversations per day without long delays or missing a beat.
Someone who deeply understands sales psychology and how to create urgency and interest
Detail-oriented — you never drop leads, forget follow-ups, or lose track of conversations
Relentless with follow-up — you know the sale often happens on the 6th or 7th touch
Clear and persuasive in writing (DMs should sound human, not scripted spam) - must understand sales psychology and be hungry to learn/improve every single day
Bonus if you have (not required but would help):
Experience in fitness, coaching, info products, or high-ticket services
Knowledge of GoHighLevel, Meta Business Suite, or other CRM/IG tools
Your KPIs & Targets
Book 3–5 qualified calls/day minimum
Maintain 70%+ show rate (ideally 80-90%+)
Respond/follow up with up to 100–200+ DMs/day
Keep follow-ups consistent over a 3–7 day lead cycle
Document and update all lead activity in CRM. Must be super detail oriented and organized to effectively maximize the pipeline of leads.
