Experienced Airbnb Property Manager

I'm seeking an experienced property manager who is exclusively from Mexico, Canada, the United States, or Europe, and who has an active Airbnb account as either a host or guest.

The property manager will handle the following tasks for our apartments:
- Booking management
- Property maintenance
- Customer communication
- Marketing properties to attract new tenants

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in property management, specifically on Airbnb
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with property maintenance
