Job Title: Academic Counselor

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor to guide parents and students to choose our coaching classes. The counselor will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing accurate information about courses, understanding student needs, and helping them take admissions with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel parents and students regarding IIT-JEE, NEET Foundation, and school-level programs offered by our coaching Classes.

Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents through effective communication and trust.

Handle admission inquiries (online/offline) and convert them into enrollments.

Maintain follow-ups with interested parents/students to ensure timely admissions.

Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to the growth of the institute.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Qualification: Passed Class 12 (Graduates preferred).

Strong expertise in sales and counseling.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Proficiency in Bangla (mandatory) and understanding of Hindi.

Ability to handle parents and students with patience, empathy, and confidence.

Prior experience in academic counseling/ed-tech/admissions will be an added advantage.
