Exhibition Representative for Business Card Distribution
Budget: €100 – €200 EUR
During an upcoming trade-show in Vienna in the beginning of June I need an energetic representative to walk the entire exhibition hall on my behalf and hand our branded business cards directly to staff at each relevant booth. Your short conversations should cover two prepared talking points: 1) a concise introduction to our core services and products, and 2) a reminder that all follow-up details are printed on the card, including direct contact information.
You will be free to phrase these points in your own natural style as long as both ideas are clearly conveyed. Every interaction must feel courteous and professional, leaving exhibitors with a positive impression of our company. At the end of the day I’ll ask for a brief summary of which stalls you reached and any notable feedback you received.
The job is entirely on-site for the duration of the show; punctual arrival, neat appearance, and confident verbal communication are essential for success.
