Event Booth Coordinator (Startup Expo – Bangalore, 2 Days)

Description:

We’re looking for a confident and proactive communicator to manage our booth at a startup expo in Bangalore.

Your role will be to:

- Engage with visitors (founders, startups, professionals)
- Ask simple questions to understand their work (AI, data, operations)
- Briefly introduce what we do (data/AI services)
- Hold conversations and route serious people to the founder
- Capture lead details (name, company, requirement)

This is NOT a passive role — you should be comfortable talking to strangers and keeping conversations going.

Requirements:

- Must be based in Bangalore
- Good English communication
- Confident, energetic, and proactive
- Prior experience in events/sales/customer interaction is a plus

Dates: 3–4 April (2 days)

Compensation:

- Fixed pay + performance bonus (per qualified lead)
