Europe Stainless Steel Buyer Outreach
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I run a stainless-steel manufacturing business and need a seasoned connector who can pick up the phone and open doors with European or any country distributors. I will provide product catalogues, price sheets and any technical data you might need; you bring the research skills, the industry vocabulary and the confidence to speak directly with purchasing managers.
Scope of work
• Build or leverage a contact list of qualified stainless-steel distributors in key European markets.
• Call each prospect, introduce our brand, highlight our current market-rate pricing and gauge immediate interest.
• Collect decision-maker details, purchasing volume, and any technical or certification requirements.
• Arrange follow-up actions such as sending quotations or scheduling a video meeting with me.
Deliverables & acceptance
• Minimum 20 warm distributor leads in the first month, each with full contact info and call notes.
• Weekly summary report (spreadsheet or CRM export) showing numbers dialed, conversations held and next steps for every prospect.
• At least three prospects agreeing to receive a formal quotation or sample order.
Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a plus. Familiarity with basic CRM tools and call-tracking software will help streamline reporting, but the real priority is your ability to build trust quickly over the phone.
