You’ll tap your network and the usual job boards, screen incoming applications, and speak with each prospect to be sure they have the strong communication skills and basic sales techniques the role demands.
After those initial phone or video interviews, I’d like a concise shortlist, fully vetted and ready for my final-round discussion.
