Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Recruitment

I’m gearing up for a fresh hiring push in our Sales & Marketing division and need an experienced recruiter to take the lead. The immediate goal is to source and secure entry-level talent for three roles:

• Sales Executive
• Marketing Manager
• Digital Marketing Specialist

Here’s what I’ll count on you for: crafting compelling job ads, tapping your LinkedIn Recruiter network and other job boards, screening résumés, conducting first-round interviews, and presenting a concise shortlist for each position. Once we’ve selected finalists, you’ll coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and keep our ATS clean and up to date so the team always knows where things stand.

Success looks like a well-vetted shortlist delivered within agreed timelines and smooth, professional candidate experiences from first contact to offer. Regular progress check-ins and clear documentation are essential so we can pivot quickly if market conditions change.
