Key Responsibilities
● Meet Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by
generating new business leads and converting them into sales.
● Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential
customers, and develop strategies to approach them.
● Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers
to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
● Negotiate Sales Deals: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales with
customers.
● Designing : Identify new design trends of the market and keep updated with our
designing team.
Working Pattern
● Get virtually Connected with new Customer,
● Asked their Requirements and know about required product from our Portfolio
● After that get appointment from customer and plan meeting with our best Quote
Requirements
● Proven experience in a sales, ideally in tiles,
● Experience identifying, engaging, and converting new customers, ensuring a
seamless journey from inquiry to Deal Closed,
Commission / salary
We will give our best right to you, you have to add your margin on that rate and deal with customer,
After deal close your commission amount will be credited in your account from our company.
If you need a fix salary plus Commission, then after 1 or 2 orders, we will decide our salary plus Commission,
We need a permanent person in each and every area but without sales output we cannot give a fixed salary.
