Enterprise Software Sales Manager Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Our tech company is ready to scale its B2B software line and I need a sales manager who already knows how to land and expand within enterprise accounts. Your focus will be enterprise sales—from prospecting C-suite decision makers through to contract signature—while shaping the repeatable processes and playbooks that let us keep winning.
Here’s what matters most to me:
• You have a track record of closing six-figure annual software deals and can point to references or data to prove it.
• You’re comfortable owning the full funnel: ICP definition, outreach cadences, discovery calls, tailored demos, proposals, and negotiation.
• Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) is second nature; I expect clean, accurate pipeline data and forecasting each week.
• You can coach one SDR we already have in place and set hiring profiles for future reps.
• North America is the first target region, with EU expansion in Q3—experience in both is a plus.
Key deliverables that will be used as acceptance criteria:
1. 30-60-90-day strategic plan outlining target verticals, prospect list size, quota assumptions, and KPIs.
2. A minimum of 25 qualified enterprise opportunities added to the CRM within the first 60 days.
3. First closed-won contract within 90 days—annual value $50K+—plus a documented sales playbook for repeatability.
If you’re ready to own the number and build something that lasts, let’s talk about how you’ll make your mark here.
