Enrollment/Recruiting Specialist
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
We set up and manage Qualified Educational Assistance Plans for companies who work with teens and young adults. These plans allow high school employees to "bank" tuition payment benefits for the future for college, tech school, on-line study or certificate programs. Older employees can also use this same benefit. Once an employee is "vested", they can use their benefit in the future even if they are no longer employed by a participating client company.
Employees have to take action and enroll in their employers plan, it isn't an automatic. That's where you come in; I'm looking for someone who is interested in interacting with high school age employees and their parents to explain the program to them, answer their questions and get them enrolled.
You will do outbound calling to students and parents, you will do texting, email campaigns, engage on social media, anything that allows you to make a connection and get students and parents to take the time to review the program and get enrolled.
For students and parents, the benefits are obvious, post secondary education, no matter what path is taken, is expensive! For employers, the benefit comes in the ability to maintain quality employees and "build their bench"!
We have had thousands of student participants and paid out millions of dollars in benefits so, it's a win for everyone involved including you! If you are engaging, personable and hard working, you can make a great income as my program enrollment coordinator/recruiter.
