Email Marketing Lead Generation for Agency

We are a new digital marketing agency based in Toronto, Canada, and we're on the hunt for a skilled professional or agency to assist us with lead generation via email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective promotional email campaigns to attract potential clients.
- Assist in building a comprehensive email list to support our lead generation efforts.
Ideal Candidates:
- Proven experience in email marketing lead generation, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
- Strong skills in creating promotional email campaigns.
- Experience in building email lists from scratch.
- Experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, Instantly, etc.
Just to be clear, were looking for you to generate leads NOT a list of emails. In other words, I need you to run the email campaigns that will likely generate leads. For this, you need to build a campaign and a funnel. We personally used Apollo before and with a sequence of 4 emails sent to our list, we get a lot of responses but we only managed to generate very few leads to our Calendly. Can you help with that?
Also, we could very well resell your services through our website. In an ideal world, the candidate would be proficient in English and be willing to be part of the agency team to demo this lead gen service. So, this is an opportunity for an entrepreneur to get into a contract with us.
