We're bringing on high-performing OFM sales agents who know how to build connections, drive engagement, and consistently close sales. If you're confident turning conversations into real revenue, this is where you scale!
WE OFFER:
Performance-based structure (the more you sell, the more you earn)
Biweekly payment - NO DELAYS!
Earn up to 10% commission on net sales - no ceiling for top performers!
SCHEDULE:
10-hr shifts with a 1-hr paid break
Flexible work setup: 5 or 6 days per week
CHOOSE YOUR SHIFT:
- 6:00AM - 4:00PM EST
- 4:00PM - 2:00AM EST
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in OFM industry (sales/chat-based) MUST!
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations at once
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
