I'm seeking assistance in creating an engaging project title that attracts potential investors. My objective is to secure 500 investors, each contributing €1,000, who will collectively own 49% of a unique eco-friendly housing project upon its completion.

Dear Interested Parties,
My name is Anastasia Richter, I am 23 years old, and I was born in France. Due to my German, Italian, and Russian heritage, as well as my international education, I have had the privilege of growing up in various cultures and learning five languages fluently. Europe, and especially Tuscany, with its enchanting landscape and rich history, has become my home.
Together with my father (responsible for construction) and my mother (responsible for management and courses), I am currently realizing a heart project: "La Maremmana", a sustainable agro- and glamping project in the beautiful Maremma region of Tuscany. We started a year ago, and the project is already halfway completed.
Our Concept
La Maremmana combines sustainability, nature experience, and cultural exchange. On 14 hectares of land with agricultural areas, forests, and a leased area of 2.6 hectares for animals, a place is being created that connects agriculture, glamping, and community:
1200 organic olive trees of the Leccio del Corno, Maurino, and Pendolino varieties – these will produce premium organic olive oil in a few years.
A large organic vegetable garden growing various Tuscan vegetables and herbs – from tomatoes, artichokes and zucchinis to melons and watermelons.
Our animals currently includes donkeys and poultry (fresh eggs :D), with an area for sheep and goats already in planning. The goal is to also offer lambs, kids, and goat cheese in the near future.
Our accommodations will consist of four luxurious glamping units with space for up to 20 guests. Each unit will be equipped with heating, air conditioning, a kitchen, a bathroom, two or three double bedrooms, a large covered terrace with a private whirlpool. Additionally, there is an outdoor bio-toilet with a shower and platforms for various courses (Yoga etc...) at the edge of the forest.
We are also planning:
A bio-lake for swimming in the summer.
A spacious sauna in the forest.
An outdoor restaurant with a bar and grill area, centrally located, for up to 40 guests.
Three additional tents in the forest with space for four people each.
Our accommodation and restaurant are currently still in the preparation phase and will be realized step by step.

15 minutes from Scansano, home of the famous Morellino di Scansano.
25 minutes from Saturnia, the most famous Etruscan thermal spring in Europe.
30–40 minutes from the Etruscan cultural sites of Sorano, Pitigliano, and Sovana.
45–60 minutes to the dreamy beaches of Albarese or Monte Argentario with Porto Santo Stefano.
Airports: Pisa (75 minutes), Florence (90 minutes), Rome (100 minutes).

My goal is to successfully complete the crowdfunding by April 30, 2025, and to celebrate an initial pre-opening in late summer.
