EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT – SALES REPRESENTATIVE (URGENT)

Position: Sales Representative
Weekly Pay: $18,000 + performance bonuses up to $4,000/week
Payment Method: Paid via freelancer secure system
Introduction
We’re hiring 4 Sales Reps to generate leads, close deals, and hit agency growth targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Prospect, qualify, and pitch leads
• Close deals and onboard clients
• Hit weekly sales targets and report progress
Position Type & Work Terms
• Freelance, remote, flexible
• Performance-based; no results = no pay
• 1-Month Probation: Contribute to 400 websites/5 days. Failure = termination
Confidentiality & IP (NDA)
• NDA required; client lists, pricing, and strategy confidential
Compensation & Bonus
• Base: $18,000/week
• Bonus: Up to $4,000/week for exceeding sales targets
• Paid via freelancer escrow/bonuses
Reporting & Tools
• Submit weekly reports to Founder; update CRM/tracker
