We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This position will involve working both domestically and internationally, with the primary responsibility of generating proposals and securing business from individuals, corporate clients, families, groups, and educational institutions (schools and colleges) for their travel and holiday needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients—individuals, corporate clients, families, groups, schools, and colleges—to understand their travel requirements and offer customized holiday and excursion packages.
Proposal Management: Develop and present tailored proposals based on client needs, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality service.
Lead Generation & Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients through networking, outreach calls, and online channels.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by successfully closing deals and ensuring client retention.
International and Domestic Markets: Manage both domestic and international clients, coordinating travel and excursions across various global destinations.
Collaboration with Operations: Work closely with our operations team to ensure all client needs are met, and the logistics of travel and excursions are executed smoothly.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for travel, with an understanding of international travel trends.
Experience managing corporate, educational, and group travel is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Willingness to travel when necessary.
