Dutch Sales Rep – Steel Structures

I need a fluent Dutch speaker who can dedicate four hours a day, 11:00-15:00 (CET), to look after incoming inquiries for my steel structure business and turn them into new paying customers. Your core focus will be responding promptly via phone or email, understanding each prospect’s technical needs, preparing a concise price offer in our simple quoting program, and updating every step in our CRM so nothing slips through the cracks.

The objective is clear: grow our customer base. You will mainly work with end-users who reach out to us rather than cold prospects, yet you should still think proactively—if a call ends positively, suggest the next project or ask for a referral.

Basic computer confidence is essential; you should be comfortable navigating a browser-based CRM and generating offers from pre-set templates. Prior sales experience in construction or any technical field will definitely help you ramp up faster, but a sharp commercial instinct and polished Dutch communication skills matter most.
