Direct Services Sales Specialist
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m ready to scale my service-based business and need a professional who excels at direct, person-to-person selling. Your mission is to introduce my services to individual consumers, answer their questions with confidence, and convert genuine interest into paying clients.
What this role looks like day-to-day
You’ll be initiating contact by phone, email, and live chat, managing each prospect through the full cycle: first touch, needs discovery, tailored pitch, objection handling, and closing. I’ll supply core service details, price points, and past client success stories; you translate that material into persuasive conversations. A light CRM (HubSpot or similar) is in place for tracking pipeline activity, so you’ll log every interaction and keep notes current.
Key deliverables
• A clear outreach plan for the first two weeks (channels, volume targets, and messaging).
• Custom sales script(s) adapted to typical objections you encounter.
• Consistent, timestamped CRM updates so we can measure contact-to-conversion ratios.
• End-of-week summary: leads contacted, appointments booked, sales closed, and insights for improvement.
Acceptance criteria
• Minimum agreed-upon number of qualified conversations per week.
• Accurate CRM data entry for every prospect engaged.
• Demonstrable progress toward the first closed sale within the initial 30 days.
If you live for direct engagement, can empathize with individual buyers, and know how to turn interest into revenue, let’s get started.
