? Responsibilities
✔ Conduct field visits to meet with potential and existing clients regularly.
✔ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
✔ Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
✔ Present, promote, and demonstrate products/services to clients.
✔ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
✔ Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and client feedback.
✔ Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
✔ Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
? Requirements
✔ Proven experience as a Sales Agent or in a similar sales role.
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
✔Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
✔ Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field work.
✔ Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
✔ Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
