The ideal candidate has experience in marketing and sales within the architecture, real estate, or design industries and can connect us with architects, developers, real estate agents, and other relevant clients.
Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads and build a strong client pipeline.
Develop and execute a strategy to reach potential clients within our target industries.
Conduct outreach through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and networking.
Represent 3Dimension Designs professionally and convey our value proposition.
Schedule and facilitate introductions between interested clients and our team.
Track and report on progress and success metrics.
It is very important to note that lead conversions determines the payment. If there is no sales from your work we will reject the work as being completed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in client acquisition or sales, especially within architecture, real estate, or design industries.
Strong understanding of the architectural rendering market and target audiences.
