Dental Clinic Sales Closer

I run a busy dental clinic and am looking for someone who can confidently handle the phone from first hello to confirmed appointment. Your day will start with fresh leads that need nurturing and warm follow-ups with people who have already shown interest. The goal is always the same: turn every qualified conversation into a booked treatment slot.

You’ll be speaking almost entirely with new patients, so creating immediate rapport and clearly communicating our value propositions—implants, aligners, smile makeovers and routine care—is essential. Expect to work from a lead sheet, our practice-management CRM and, when needed, WhatsApp or email to nudge prospects who prefer written reminders.

Key deliverables
• Daily call log with outcome notes in our CRM
• Minimum agreed number of appointments closed each week
• Brief end-of-week report highlighting objections you encountered and how you overcame them
