Delegate Recruitment for VIMUN Conference

We are looking for motivated and result-driven freelancers to help us bring delegates to Visionary India Model United Nations (VIMUN).

This is a performance-based marketing role, where you will be responsible for promoting our MUN conference and converting interested individuals into registered delegates.

What You’ll Do:

* Promote VIMUN through social media, personal networks, school/college groups, and other creative channels
* Reach out to potential delegates who are interested in debates, public speaking, and international relations
* Guide interested participants through the registration process

Payment Structure:

* You will be paid for each successful delegate registration you bring in
* Higher performance = higher earnings (no upper limit)

Ideal Candidate:

* Strong communication and networking skills
* Familiar with Model United Nations (MUN) culture (preferred but not mandatory)
* Creative in marketing and outreach strategies
* Self-driven and target-oriented
