B2B Deal Originator — AI Servers & GPU Infrastructure | High-Ticket Profit Share -- 2

Job ID: 40535336

Budget: $10 – $15 USD

Central Computers Sub LLC is building a commercial pipeline around high-ticket AI servers, GPU compute, and enterprise HPC systems.

CCSL handles supplier-side procurement and compliance internally; this role is focused strictly on buyer-side deal origination.

The target product class and buyer profile sit in mid-six to low-eight-figure transaction territory depending on configuration, volume, and project scope.

I am looking for an independent B2B Deal Originator.

Not a list scraper.

Not a generic lead-generation agency.

Not someone who needs a target list handed to them.

You know your market. You know how to read the signals. Your objective is singular: originate real commercial opportunities and route the buyer path to CCSL for qualification, compliance, procurement review, and close.

Project Structure & Compliance

The initial $10 fixed-price milestone is for paid qualification and alignment through the platform.

It does not represent the long-term commercial compensation structure.

The commercial structure begins under the Master Deal Origination, Commission & Non-Circumvention Agreement, subject to platform requirements.

Phase 1 — High-Commission Performance Origination

Standard commission: 40% of CCSL realized net profit on any approved, registered, self-originated transaction that closes.

Accelerator: up to 50% of CCSL realized net profit for strategic opportunities or proven originators.

Commission is earned only on closed, funded, compliant transactions.

Payout is executed through the approved payment channel within 24 hours of the commission vesting event, subject to platform/payment availability.

Phase 2 — Enterprise Retainer Track

After the second closed, funded, self-originated transaction, Phase 2 is triggered: a monthly retainer to stabilize baseline operations while maintaining commission participation on ongoing deals.

This is not a verbal “trust me” role. The economics are documented before actual origination work begins.

Application Protocol

Start your proposal with the word ORIGINATE.

Answer these 4 questions:

1. 3 to 5 types of companies, buyer categories, or specific niches you believe currently have realistic demand for enterprise AI/GPU infrastructure. Do not list actual company names.

2. The specific demand signal you look for in each.

3. Why each is not just a generic AI/software company.

4. The likely decision-maker or department you would approach first, and why.

Do not send a generic agency pitch.

Do not send a list of 100 scraped emails.

Do not submit specific company names, lead lists, scraped contacts, or unpaid market research in your proposal.

Show me you know how to read the market. If there is alignment, we will proceed through the paid qualification milestone and then move toward the MCA structure.
