I'm seeking a dynamic sales and customer support team specializing in-home services. The primary aim of this project is to generate sales through telemarketing over the phone and while also providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for a long-term candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with potential clients via telemarketing
- Promoting, selling, and upselling lawn care services (we'll teach you about our services)
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Assuring customer satisfaction and retention
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in telemarketing and customer service
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge or experience in the home services industry will be a plus
