Create a Proposal partnership for BOTTLED MINERAL WATER COMPANY

I would like to structure a proposed partnership between myself, a manufacturer, and the Partner the Sales and Distribution. Please put together a package which fully explains and breaks down of the details of the deal. My company, Island Breeze LTD, will provide the manufacturing and packaging of bottled Spring Water, Mineral Water, purified water. The Partner will be the sales and marketing head of the company securing accounts and setting quarterly targets for the company. This will be a 3 year contract.
