Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for real estate and negotiation? We are looking for a talented individual who can leverage their excellent communication skills to reach out to homeowners and inquire about the possibility of a lease/rent to own deal. This is an opportunity to help facilitate win-win situations for both homeowners and potential buyers, as well as for you.
Bonuses will be paid for completed deals!
Responsibilities:
Utilize provided script to contact individuals who are selling or renting a house
Engage in conversations with homeowners to gauge interest in a lease/rent to own arrangement
Clearly explain the benefits and advantages of a lease/rent to own deal
Answer any queries or concerns homeowners may have regarding the process
Maintain detailed records of outreach, responses, and any follow-up required
Collaborate with our team to refine and improve the outreach script if necessary
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling, phone outreach, or sales in the real estate sector
Exceptional communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
Familiarity with lease/rent to own deals or creative real estate financing is a plus, but not required
