Commission-only Sales Rep (SDR) for a Conscious User Experience Agency

At Hermes, we do everything you might need to create a great experience (both offline and online) for users, customers, and employees: research, strategy, branding, copywriting, design, development, and usability testing.
We're switching up how we do things and so we're looking for someone to prospect and qualify leads for us to close. We have a closing rate of more than 80%. This is because we can help many businesses and treat them with integrity.
This role is fully commission based as we're still in the early stages and can't pay you a base salary. 11% after prospects signs our Work Agreement (negotiable based on what you bring to the table).
You are free to choose how to prospect, you will just need to run your methods and scripts by us beforehand.
