Commission Web-Design Lead Closer
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I run an early-stage web-design startup in India that helps local jewelry shops, salons, restaurants, and other small businesses finally get a professional site and basic marketing in place. To grow faster, I’m looking for a self-driven closer who is happy to work purely on a 30 % commission.
Your day-to-day would look like this:
• Find qualified local prospects on Facebook and Instagram—the two channels that have proved most fertile for us so far. Feel free to get creative with hashtags, groups, location tags, competitor follower lists, or any other tactic you already know works.
• Start the conversation with a friendly direct message, then guide each lead through email or chat follow-ups until they convert to a paid website or marketing package.
• Keep nurturing your own pipeline, handle objections, and secure payment; once the client is on board, my in-house team takes over the design work. You simply hand off signed deals and move on to the next opportunity.
Payment structure
I release 30 % of whatever package price you close—no caps, no delays, no base salary. The fitter your pipeline, the higher your earnings.
Ideal fit
You already enjoy prospecting on social, understand the pain points of brick-and-mortar owners who still rely on Google Maps or Facebook pages alone, and feel comfortable working independently without daily hand-holding.
Deliverable
A steady, trackable flow of closed deals, reported weekly with client name, package sold, and invoice amount so I can trigger your commission.
