Commission Sales Recruiter Needed
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I need an experienced, freelance HR-professional to help me scale a commission-only online sales force for my e-commerce brands in electronics and clothing. Your job is to hunt down 50–150 motivated closers, mostly through Freelancer (my most effective channel so far), though feel free to tap Instagram, WhatsApp, or any other networks you trust.
Here is what the role looks like:
• Sourcing & Shortlisting
You will actively search candidate pools, craft compelling outreach, and build a steady pipeline of applicants who understand they will be paid purely on commission.
• Screening & Coordination
A concise written assessment will act as the first filter. From there, you’ll handle follow-ups, clarify expectations, and set them up for my final review.
• Candidate Profile
We need people with strong communication skills, previous sales experience, and an unmistakably self-motivated attitude. Anyone who can’t grasp a commission structure or flakes during the process should be weeded out early.
• Onboarding Handoff
Once a candidate passes your checks, you’ll introduce them to me along with their test results and basic details so I can plug them straight into our CRM and training portal.
Payment is performance-based: each successful, ready-to-sell recruit triggers your fee. Everything is 100 % remote, so you can work whenever you’re most productive.
If you have a proven record of high-volume recruiting, especially for commission roles, and you’re comfortable running the end-to-end funnel on your own, I’d love to hear about your experience and typical turnaround time.
