I'm looking for a remote sales partner to close deals on a pure pay-per-sale basis. The niche is travel, and a "conversion" means a signed contract with the advance/first invoice paid. No ceiling, indefinite partnership as long as results stay strong.
What you earn
10% of deal value OR $400 minimum flat fee per closed client, whichever is higher
Recurring bonus: 5% of monthly revenue for 6 months on retainer clients
No earnings cap. Top performers realistically earn $2,000–$6,000+/month
Real earning examples:
$3000 website project → $400 commission
$5,000 website project → 10% of deal = $500 commission
$3,000/mo SEO retainer → $400 upfront + $900 over 6 months = $1,300 total
$12,000 custom CRM project → $1,200 commission
