You must have GENUINE SALES EXPERIENCE. we are not looking for a full stack developer or design expert!
We’re looking for a motivated, confident Commission-Only Streaming Audio Media Sales Representative to bring new advertisers to our Australian streaming audio station.
If you’re a natural communicator who enjoys speaking with businesses and loves the idea of uncapped earning potential, this role is ideal. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Australian Central Time, from anywhere in the world.
ABOUT US
We are an established Australian streaming audio station with a loyal and engaged audience, strong listener retention and a proven global listener base.
We are now looking to expand our advertising client base with the help of a dedicated commission-only sales rep.
This is a commission-only role with no salary cap.
Earn 25% commission on all advertising packages sold.
YOUR ROLE
Contact businesses by phone and email during Australian business hours.
Pitch advertising packages clearly and confidently.
Manage your own sales pipeline and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning clients.
Coordinate with station management to ensure smooth onboarding.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Strong, confident communicator with excellent spoken English.
Sales experience (media sales experience is a bonus but not essential).
A natural, friendly, persuasive phone manner.
Comfortable working commission-only.
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work 9am–5pm ACST, Monday–Friday.
EARNING POTENTIAL
With 25% commission and no salary cap, motivated reps can earn:
AU$1,500–$5,000+ per month depending on effort and sales ability.
Higher performers can exceed this with consistency.
You keep earning commission on every package you sell — no limits.
