Commission-Only Estate Agents for NationKey Estates

Project Title:
UK-Based Commission-Only Estate Agent (NationKey Estates)

Description:
We are launching NationKey Estates, a new UK-wide estate agency for property lettings and sales.

We are looking for UK-based commission-only estate agents / property reps to bring in landlords and properties for rent or sale.

Important: This is commission-only. You will only be paid once the property is successfully let or sold and NationKey receives payment.

Your Role:
• Prospect and contact landlords in your local area
• Visit properties (photos, meet landlords, gather details)
• Get landlords signed with NationKey Estates
• Host or arrange viewings as required

Commission Pay (per completed deal):
• £100 per rental property successfully let
• £200 per property sold
• £20/month recurring for each managed property onboarded

Requirements:
• Must be UK-based (essential, property visits required)
• Strong communication skills with landlords and tenants
• Motivated by commission-only structure (no base salary)
• Previous estate agency experience is a bonus but not required

This role is flexible – work in your own area, choose your hours, and earn per deal.
