Commission Interior Sales Representative
Budget: ₹10,000 – ₹100,000 INR
I need an experienced sales professional who can consistently secure new interior design projects for my firm on a pure-commission model. Your main arena will be South India, with particular emphasis on Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
What you’ll do
• Source qualified residential or commercial leads (I’m open to either as long as the budgets are realistic).
• Present our portfolio, gather requirements, and close the deal.
• Hand over a clear brief—including scope, timeline, and client expectations—so my design team can start smoothly.
What I provide
• A full suite of look-books, previous project photos, and digital marketing collateral to aid your pitches.
• Technical support for walkthroughs or design clarifications.
• Transparent commission percentages paid promptly for every signed contract.
Success criteria
• First confirmed project within the initial 30 days.
• Ongoing pipeline that delivers at least two solid client meetings per week thereafter.
