I’m building a small, commission-only outreach team and need motivated sales agents who can spot local online stores that still lack a proper website or want to upgrade to a full order-ready solution. For every store you refer that signs up with us, you receive a straight-forward 10 % cut of the invoiced project value—no caps, no tiers, paid as soon as the client’s first payment clears.
Here’s how it works
• You prospect in your own city or region—street-level research, social media groups, local meet-ups, whatever gets you talking to owners of online-focused shops.
• Qualify whether they need a site that can handle customer orders (that’s our current product focus).
• Hand the warm lead to me; I close, build, and deliver the site.
• You track the deal in our shared sheet and get your commission automatically when the project is funded.
What you need to succeed
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to approach small business owners.
• Familiarity with basic website terms—think e-commerce checkout, responsive design, payment gateways—so you can have an informed first chat.
• A phone, laptop, or simply good networking skills; work whenever and wherever you want.
Deliverable
At least one converted, paying client per month to remain active on the team (higher volumes, higher earnings).
