Commission-Based IT Staffing Closer
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I want to run an international IT staffing firm and I’m ready to expand aggressively into Europe, the United States, and key Asian markets. My sweet spot is securing long-term contract and permanent placement agreements within finance, healthcare, and technology companies.
I’m looking for a sales professional who can own the full cycle: prospect, pitch our services, negotiate terms, and land signed MSA / SOW deals. You will operate entirely on a commission structure, so the earning potential scales with every position you fill or team you staff.
Success in this role means:
• You bring in verifiable client requirements from the regions noted above.
• Deals result in multi-month or direct-hire engagements rather than short gigs.
• All paperwork is executed and handed off to my delivery team for fulfillment.
If you already have a network of CTOs, HR directors, or procurement managers in finance, healthcare, or tech, you’ll hit the ground running. Familiarity with common VMS/MSP portals, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tracking is a plus.
