As a front-end web developer, I offer high-quality web development services, specializing in custom, responsive designs using React, Tailwind CSS, and modern front-end technologies. Your role will be to find new clients, pitch our services, and close deals, with a commission paid for every successful lead and sale you generate.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and businesses who may require front-end web development services.
Generate and qualify leads through online platforms, email outreach, and other sales strategies.
Effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients and close deals.
Manage client relationships, ensuring a smooth handoff to me after the sale.
Track and report on your sales activity, maintaining accurate records of interactions with clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tech, digital, or web development industry.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with potential clients.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Comfortable working on a commission-based structure (commission details to be discussed).
Strong understanding of web development services (experience in this field is a plus).
Previous experience with CRM tools or lead generation platforms is a plus.
Commission Structure:
You will receive a commission for each successful client referral and completed project. The commission rate will be discussed and agreed upon during the interview process.
Additional bonuses for hitting specific sales targets.
