We specialize in curating unforgettable group retreats based in Taghazout, Agadir — from yoga and wellness retreats to surf getaways on the coast and cultural immersions in Tamraght, next to Taghazout. Each retreat is fully customizable, supported by local experts and hosted in a unique boutique venue.
Role Overview
We're looking for an outgoing, self-driven sales rep (or side hustler) to pitch and sell our group retreat experiences to potential clients. Ideal for someone with a strong network in wellness, coaching, or creative communities.
What You’ll Do
* Pitch retreat opportunities to group leaders, businesses, or communities (online or in person)
* Follow up with leads and close bookings
* Provide basic information about our retreat offerings, destinations, and pricing
* Act as the bridge between interested groups and our retreat planning team
* Help secure group commitments (usually 18 to 20 guests per retreat max. 24 pax)
What You Get
* Commission-Based Pay: Earn 6–12% commission per group booking (Typical group value: 6.000€ - 17.000€ → You earn 450€–1900€ per deal)
* Flexible Schedule: 100% remote; work when you want
* Sales Assets Provided: We give you pitch decks, sample itineraries, images/videos, pricing packages
Ideal Candidate
* Has a side hustle or full-time role but wants to earn extra income
* Well-connected in communities that book retreats (wellness, fitness, coaching, entrepreneurship, etc.)
* Good communicator, comfortable with pitching and following up
* Prior sales experience is helpful but not required
