Commission-Based Sales Specialist for Moving Company
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 CAD
Kinetic Movers Inc., a growing moving company based in Ontario, is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to manage our inbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
This is a performance-based opportunity. We are looking for someone who is a "closer"—someone who can take an inquiry, build trust with the client, provide an accurate quote based on our rate sheet, and secure the booking.
Your Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming moving inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional, timely manner.
Use our provided pricing/rate sheets to generate accurate quotes for local and long-distance moves.
Manage the sales pipeline to ensure no lead goes un-followed.
Collect necessary booking information and coordinate with our dispatch team to confirm the move.
Compensation:
10% commission on the total value of every successful booking.
As the business grows, there is potential to transition into a fixed salary + commission structure for the right performer.
Requirements:
Previous experience in moving, logistics, or high-touch sales is highly preferred.
Exceptional communication skills (English fluency required).
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule to ensure timely lead follow-up.
Reliable access to a phone and stable internet.
