Commission-Based Sales Representative for Web Design Startup
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm looking for a dynamic, results-driven freelancer to drive sales for my startup, Tech Tonic Labs, which provides top-notch web design services. This role is purely commission-based, so the more successful you are, the more you earn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Target small businesses seeking affordable and professional web design services.
- Utilize online marketing strategies primarily, with a focus on social media and email campaigns.
- Create engaging content and offers to attract potential clients.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the web design or tech industry.
- Proficient in social media platforms and email marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to network effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

Tech Tonic Labs is a Startup where we provide Web Design Services and we want a freelancer for sales generation where your role is to drive sales and find potential clients for web dev services. You will be on Commission base the more sale you can generate the more you will earn, we are willing to pay up to 6% to 10% of project cost (This commission system will be discussed prior).
We need a freelancer who can generate at least 5 complete sale, where you have to handle customer and have to close the sale, rest we will deliver the project and after that you will receive your commission.
E.g. - If you can get us a client with 50,000rs of project you can get up to 10% of the project amount which is 5k
(NOTE - Bonuses will also be offered based on performance metrics.)
