Commission Based Sales Rep For Digital Marketing Services

I'm looking for an experienced 25% commission-based sales rep to help me increase sales of my digital marketing services with some contracts that could get up to 10K. I make use of a range of services such as SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing, but I am primarily focusing on social media marketing and Search Engine Marketing for this project. My target market will be businesses and I also have a specific industry, but I am open to suggestions on how to best reach them. I do have some sales goals in mind, but I'm open to being flexible based on the rep's input. The successful applicant must have the necessary experience in cold calling, setting up meetings, and handling sales negotiations.
