Lead generation & outreach (LinkedIn, cold email, referrals, communities, etc.)
Identifying founders/businesses that need an MVP or web app
Initial client conversations & qualification (budget, real project, timeline)
Handing over qualified leads for final scoping & closing

Clear pricing ranges and fast turnaround (3-5 week MVPs)
Professional communication and delivery
Written commission terms before we start — clear on payout timing and deal tracking
