Commission-Based Sales & Lead Generation Specialist

I need to hire a Sales Specialist / Lead Generation Expert on a COMMISSION-ONLY basis.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Reach out to freelancers and small business owners via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
- Introduce our business consulting services (Islahcore)
- Qualify leads and get them to fill out our intake form
- Schedule discovery calls with interested prospects
- Follow up with warm leads until they convert

COMPENSATION:
- 100% Commission-Based (No fixed salary)

- $100 USD per closed client
- No cap on earnings - top performers can make $1000-3000/month

WHO SHOULD APPLY:
- Experience in sales, cold outreach, or lead generation
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable working remotely
- Available 2-4 hours/day
