Commission-Based Sales Closer for Web Projects
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m Usama, a Web Design & Development agency owner currently looking to grow my client base through a skilled and driven sales closer.
This is a commission-based role (no hourly or fixed salary) — ideal for someone confident in their ability to close high-ticket digital service deals.
Your Role:
Find and connect with potential clients (USA, UK preferred)
Conduct discovery/sales calls to understand client needs
Present and close the deal
Hand over the client to me — I’ll handle requirements, execution, and delivery with my team
Commission & Payment Terms:
Commission: 20% of total project value
Typical project budgets range from $2,500 – $5,000+
Commission & Payment Terms:

Payment Structure:
For the first 3 projects, commission will be released once the client makes their first milestone payment (25%)
From the 4th project onward, your commission will be released immediately upon client handover

This approach is in place to establish mutual trust and ensure transparency in our early collaboration. Once we’ve built a strong working relationship, you’ll receive your full commission right after handing over the client, regardless of when the client pays.
