I am seeking a dynamic and motivated sales professional to handle both cold calling and closing for my real estate business. I have a lead list ready and a script for both cold calls and closing, but I'm open to a mix of using my script and creating your own.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential leads on the provided list
- Close deals with prospective clients
- Utilize a mix of provided script and personal approach to engage leads

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to mix scripted and spontaneous interactions
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Based in or well-acquainted with the United States market

Compensation:
This is a partially commission-based role, so the more successful you are in closing deals, the more you earn.
