Commission-Based Phone Setter Role
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for skilled phone setters to reach out to leads (that will be provided for them) for my AI services agency, specifically focused on customer service bots. Your goal will be to book calls with our closing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call leads to introduce our AI customer service bots.
- Provide technical specifications about our services.
- Schedule calls with our closing team.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or phone sales.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Native English speaking abilities.
- Consistency and hard work. (Our setters book calls on a daily basis).
- Coachability.
Compensation will be on a commission-per-sale basis.
($750-$1500) is the average commission rate, AND NOT the OTE.
