Commission Based Loan Agents

I run a finance & loan consultancy and am expanding my distribution network through freelance Loan Agents / DSAs. The focus is on Home Loan, Personal Loan, and Business Loan files, and you may operate entirely from home, purely in the field, or blend both styles—whatever helps you close more cases.
Your core responsibility is to source qualified loan files, collect the standard KYC and income documents from each client, and stay in touch with my back-office team until disbursal so the customer journey stays smooth and transparent.
Compensation is 100 % commission: a generous percentage of every file that reaches disbursal, released quickly once the lender pays out. With no caps, no joining fee, and fast approval support, your income scales only with your effort.
Both freshers and seasoned professionals do well here—tele-callers, sales executives, insurance advisors, ex-bankers, or anyone with a local network and the drive to earn without limits.
Deliverables
1. Complete client document set for every file (KYC, income proofs, property papers if applicable).
2. Status updates at login, approval, and disbursal stages.
